Time after time, stories come out of the press, or animals in Spain being abandoned, mistreated and left to fend for themselves for weeks. There ARE people in Spain who care about animals and we met Lin who raises money for an animal charity in Pedralba.

There is something so English about owning a vegetable producing garden. As a child my parents would encourage us to go into the veg garden to see the planting, growing and later collecting of fresh organic veg.

In the cause of investigative journalism, I was invited to the clinic of Theraflex in La Eliana, Valencia, by Sonia Garcia, who wanted to show me all about the amazing theraflex system. I told her there was nothing wrong with my back, however what she found changed my view.
